Chalk Up Another "Cold Day" For St. Michael-Albertville Students

Here we go again.

Due to extreme cold, St. Michael-Albertville Schools will be closed again Tuesday, Jan. 28. 

The district came down with the decision around 3:30 p.m. Monday, the thermometer stayed in double-digits below zero with dangerous wind chills. 

Winds at sustained speeds of around  10 to 15 mph are expected again Tuesday with temperatures in the teens to 20 below zero Tuesday morning, creating wind chill effects of 30 to 40 below zero. 

St. Michael Catholic Schools, after school programs and preschools will also be closed.
