TWIN CITIES, MN — Among the best parts of the Halloween season is driving around the neighborhood and seeing the streets glowing from the light of ghosts, goblins, pumpkins, and anything else ghoulish. One of the more impressive Halloween displays this season in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area is up in St. Michael.
