The courts want to advise those with hearings that many hearings will continue to be conducted virtually. Parties should check their court hearing notices for information, as virtual hearings will include language stating that it is a virtual hearing.
It was also announced that customers at the court counters are no longer required to wear masks, but they are still a requirement within courtrooms. Effective July 6, both social distancing protocols and mask requirements in courtrooms will be lifted.
