The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) is working on a new website to connect people more quickly and easily with the support they need.

This is an exciting new effort to provide better, easier access and options directly to people, letting them choose when and how they want to engage.

DHS has created a survey with questions that will inform the content, format, and accessibility features of the new website. They are asking if you will help them distribute this web-based survey to your clients and communities and encourage them to participate, to ensure the website best meets the needs of the people and communities you serve.
