Monte Lynn Jacobs, 45, of Hanover passed away Sept. 14, 2013 at his residence, according to the Peterson Chapel.

Survived by his loving wife: Katie; daughters: Ashley Ruch, Allison Ruch and Molly Jacobs; brothers: Wayne (Lori) Jacobs, Roland (Kim) Jacobs, Brad (Cheryl) Jacobs and Blaine (Sherry) Jacobs; a sister: Jennifer (Tracy) Peterson; mother-in-law: Agatha Hackenmueller; brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law: Mike (Sue) Hackenmueller, Mary (August) Keller, Ann (Terry) Nelson, Colleen (Steve) Garty and Ed (Sara) Hackenmueller; and many relatives and friends according to the obituary on the Peterson Chapel website. 

Service is 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013 at St. Michael Catholic Church in St. Michael. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18.
