The Wright County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a professional services team to provide the necessary planning services to create the Department’s Comprehensive Master Plan. This plan will provide guidance for both short- and long-range planning for the WCPR system by soliciting, compiling and interpreting citizen input and system planning standards.
