Parks And Recreation To Host Winter Bird Watching Event On Saturday In Wright County
There is a $5 registration fee and pre-registration is required. Binoculars will be provided if you don't have them.

Spring is right around the corner and Wright County Parks & Recreation is getting into the spirit as migratory birds are returning to Minnesota on their flights north. On Saturday, March 20, Parks & Rec will be hosting a guided Winter Bird Watching event at Robert Ney Memorial Park in Maple Lake Township. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. There is a $5 registration fee and pre-registration is required. Binoculars will be provided if you don’t have them. Come out to see what birds stay in Minnesota in the winter and which are returning from warmer winter climates.
