Permanent Coronavirus Vaccination Site Opening In St. Cloud In Wright County
Sherburne County is the lowest in state at near 14 percent, Benton County is around 15 percent and Wright County is less than 18 percent.

Wright County residents looking to get the COVID-19 vaccine will soon have a much better opportunity to get in the line to get their shots – if they’re willing to drive a little bit.

The River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud is opening this week. River’s Edge is the sixth permanent vaccination site in site, joining mass vaccination centers in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Duluth, Bloomington and Rochester. Counties around St. Cloud are among the state's lowest for having at least one vaccination shot. Sherburne County is the lowest in the state at near 14 percent, Benton County is around 15 percent and Wright County is less than 18 percent. The state average is more than 23 percent.
