St. Michael Woman Arrested for Assault

The following incidents were among the arrests in the county made by Wright County deputies July 22-27, 2013. 

All individuals are charged but are innocent until proven guilty inWright County District Court.

July 22

• A 47-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of criminal vehicular operation.

• A 36-year-old Delano man was arrested in Buffalo on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

• A 52-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of possession of child pornography.

July 23

• A 46-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on a Benton County warrant for 3rd degree DWI.

• A 43-year-old St. Michael man was arrested in Buffalo on the charge of contempt of court.

• A 44-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Chatham Township on the charges of 2nd degree DWI and driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

July 24

• A 30-year-old Buffalo man was charged with gross misdemeanor shoplifting.

• A 27-year-old Buffalo woman was arrested in Marysville Township on the charge of terroristic threats.

July 25

• A 53-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello Township on a warrant for 2nd degree assault.

• A 52-year-old Monticello man was charged with felony theft.

• A 21-year-old of Monticello man was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.

July 26

• A 25-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Stearns County on an apprehension and detention order from Wright County.

• A 34-year-old Elk River man was arrested in Sherburne County on a Wright County warrant for issuance of worthless checks.

• A 32-year-old St. Michael woman was arrested in St. Michael on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree assault.

• A 22-year-old Buffalo woman was charged with gross misdemeanor theft by swindle. 

July 27

• A 23-year-old Fridley man was charged with felony theft. 

• A 21-year-old Coon Rapids man was arrested in Otsego on the charge of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.

There were 16 property damage accidents, eight personal injury accidents, two ht and run accidents and four car deer accidents. There were nine arrests for DWI, three underage consumption arrests, and 43 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
