St. Michael Woman Arrested in Buffalo on Wright County Warrant

The following incidents were among the arrests in the county made by Wright County deputies July 30 to Aug. 4, 2013. 

All individuals are charged but are innocent until proven guilty in Wright County court. 

July 30

• A 41-year-old St. Michael woman was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for theft.

• A 29-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of domestic assault.

• A 25-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on Wright County warrants for 3rd degree DWI and disorderly conduct.

July 31

• A 30-year-old Buffalo woman was charged with misdemeanor domestic assault.

• A 25-year-old Monticello man was charged with gross misdemeanor receiving stolen property.

• A 33-year-old Buffalo woman was arrested in Marysville Township on a Wright County warrant for theft.

Aug. 1

• A 25-year-old Monticello man was arrested in Monticello on the charge of domestic assault.

• A 24-year-old Monticello woman was arrested in Monticello on the charges of 4th degree arson and domestic assault.

Aug. 2

• A 41-year-old Big Lake woman was arrested in Buffalo on an Anoka County warrant for theft.

• A 27-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on an apprehension and detention order from the MN Department of Corrections.

• A 35-year-old Monticello woman was charged with felony 5th Degree controlled substance violation.

• A 34-year-old Monticello woman was charged with felony 5th Degree controlled substance violation.

• A 49-year-old Monticello man was charged with felony fraud.

• A 47-year-old Buffalo woman was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for issuance of dishonored check.

Aug. 3

• A 34-year-old Elk River man was arrested in Otsego on the charges of flee police in a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Aug. 4

• A 34-year-old West Fargo, ND man was arrested in St. Michael on the charge of 2nd degree DWI.

• A 31-year-old St. Cloud man was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for terroristic threats.

There were 15 property damage accidents, 14 personal injury accidents, two hit and run accidents and five car deer accidents.

There were three arrests for DWI, one underage consumption arrests and 47 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported.
