The keynote speaker will be Connie Kotz. A reception will follow and the public is invited. The ceremony will be held outside, so those attending are encouraged to bring their own chairs and dress appropriately for the weather.
The Turn was established in 2016 as a collaborative effort of criminal justice stakeholders working together to break the cycle of recidivism among drug-addicted offenders in the court system. To graduate, a participant must complete a stringent set of rules and display a strong commitment to being a productive member of society. Wright County congratulates Mr. Sothman on this accomplishment.
