Wright County Included In New List Of Counties With Burning Restrictions

With dry conditions and high winds, this morning 25 Minnesota counties were placed under burning restrictions. Effective Wednesday (March 31), 14 more counties will restrict open burning, including Wright County.

The 14 counties in the new restriction list include Anoka, Benton, Chisago, Hennepin, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Ramsey, Sherburne, Stearns, Todd, Washington and Wright counties. No burning permits will be issued until the fire danger situation changes.
