5th Woodbury School Added To DOH Coronavirus Outbreak List

In Washington County, 16 schools total are on the list.

WOODBURY, MN— Five Woodbury schools are on the Minnesota Department of Health's COVID-19 breakout list, the department reported Thursday.

Woodbury Middle School reported a recent outbreak of COVID-19, the department said.
New Life Academy was added to the list April 29, East Ridge High School was added April 22 and Woodbury High School and Lake Middle School were added April 8.

To be added to the list, a school must report at least five cases of a student or staff member being inside the building while infectious within the two-week reporting period, the department said.

In order to be removed from the list, the schools need to go 28 days without reporting a new case, the department said.

16 total schools in Washington County are present on the departments list.
