A benefit for residents of the Philippines will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, at Guardian Angels Catholic Church in Oakdale. "The Cultural Society of Filipino Americans is hosting a fundraising benefit concert for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan," according to a calendar listing for the event.
