All ingredients are from scratch including flours and the decorative icing are mainly butter cream so the sweetness is smooth and balanced, in other words no store bought "pre-mix cakes". All my ingredients are from Aldi, Sam's Club, and if available from organic stores. "Baking is a passion and should be a passion for those who desire it", that is how my passion started out as, from many failures to success. Every craft has its difficulties to success, that is how every one of my homemade baked cakes are. The word "homemade" has been repeated because its literally made from scratch from the decoration to the final taste.
