Energy Pilates Fitness and Yoga

We are excited to announce our summer kids' program at Energy.

Yoga For Kids

Children aren’t little adults. They have different needs, respond to different stimuli, and learn in different ways. Energy’s yoga offers nontraditional yoga classes: invigorating, interactive, imaginative journeys into your child’s developing mind & body!  Unlike many other yoga programs that simply scale adult practices down into child-size chunks, Energy’s yogis build each practice from the ground up, creating an exclusively child-based yoga practice and giving children the sometimes rare opportunity to just be kids within the context of Yoga!  No matter what the age of the yogis in our classes – flexibility is what everyone needs.

Our 9-12 yogis will enjoy learning why we need YOGA, how to “do” Yoga and really understand how flexibility can enhance daily life, athletic activities, and dance.  They will now be teaching you Yoga!

Ages 5-9 (Tues/Wed/Thurs) - 1:15 pm to 2:30 pm (June 17, 18, 19)  (July 15, 16, 17)  (July 29, 30, 31)
