For men, women and athletes of all ages. Finally, yoga explained, demonstrated and taught by Woodbury’s “BEST”. There are so many types of yoga; some intense intense and vigorous, and others are relaxing and meditative. Regardless of which type you choose, yoga is an excellent way to stretch and strengthen your body, focus your mind, and relax your spirit. Learn what’s best for you!
For example, the different styles of physical or hatha yoga differ in how poses or asanas are done and whether they focus more on mastering and holding the posture, strict alignment, breathing, or the flow of movement.
Not only can Yoga literally transform the way your body looks, feels and performs, it can rehab, stretch and/or strengthen specific parts of your body according to what your body needs.
