Handy "Andy" or "Annie" Needed For Help Around Seniors Homes
Volunteer opportunity for a handyman or handywoman to help older people be able to stay at home.
Help At Your Door is looking for volunteers interested in helping with some fix-it
tasks in client homes. Tasks may include things such as changing
lightbulbs and smoke detector batteries, hanging/removing holiday décor or
pictures, interior or exterior painting, and more. We will match you with
client jobs according to your skills, availability and geographic preferences
in the Twin Cities Metro Area.
Our clients are primarily seniors who need help to do some basic home maintenance
tasks. With your help, they can remain vivacious and supported in life,
while also providing their families with the knowledge and security to ensure
that their home is the best place for them to be.
