Be sure you and the kids bundle up before going out to trick-or-treat.

TWIN CITIES, MN — It won't be anything like the 1991 Halloween snow blizzard, but the early forecast does show chances for snow showers in Minnesota on Oct. 31. Regardless of snow falling, this Halloween is sure to be a cold one.
AccuWeather currently says that Halloween in the metro will be "partly sunny and cold with a couple of snow showers possible."
The high is expected to reach 38 degrees, with the low falling to 27 degrees. At times, the temperature will feel like it's 21 degrees.
