Washington County is hosting an online engagement to investigate an off-road trail alignment along County Highway 38 from the intersection of Maxwell Avenue and 21st Street to the pedestrian bridge over Trunk Highway 61 at 20th Street and 7th Avenue in the City of Newport, beginning Thursdayday, April 8 - Monday, April 26.
