Washington County Guided Bird Hikes To Continue In May
Prior registration is required for these events.
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MN— Guided bird hikes in Washington County will continue May 8, the county said.
The program is free with a parks vehicle permit, which costs $7/day or $30 annually, the county said.
Participants can register for a guided bird hike here by searching “guided bird hikes," the county said.

The hikes will occur 9-10:30 a.m. at the following dates and locations:
- May 8, at Cottage Grove Ravine Regional Park
- June 12 at Lake Elmo Park Reserve
- July 10 at St. Croix Bluffs Regional Park
- Aug. 14 at Pine Point Regional Park
- Sept. 11 at Cottage Grove Ravine Regional Park
- Oct. 9 at Big Marine Park Reserve
- Nov. 13 at Pine Point Regional Park
- Dec. 11 at Lake Elmo Park Reserve
Hikers should meet at the trailhead kiosk and dress for the weather, the county said.
