Woodbury To Get Talamore Senior Living Community
Woodbury city council voted unanimously Wednesday to approve the project.

WOODBURY, MN—Woodbury city council unanimously approved the Talamore senior living community development during their Wednesday meeting, Ryan Companies announced in a news release.
Ryan Companies will develop, design, and build the project, it said. Great Lakes Management will operate the property upon completion.
This project will be the third Talamore community in the Midwest, and it will be located near the intersection of Hudson Road and Settlers Ridge Parkway in Woodbury, the news release said.

The project is expected to break ground in August, and the original purchase agreement was signed in September, the news release said.
Ryan Companies said this project will have 200 units. There will be independent living, assisted living, memory care, and care suite options available.

“I think this is a great project for our community, one of the things we all know and when we talk to the public, a lot of people have grown up in this community, raised their families, and they want to stay here. It’s so great to see some other options available for seniors to stay and live in a great place,” Mayor Anne Burt stated at the meeting.
