Woodbury Pipeline Project To Disrupt Traffic, Driveway Access
Residents should expect periodic, temporary lane and intersection closures along Valley Creek Road.

WOODBURY, MN — Xcel Energy and the city of Woodbury have announced details regarding its project to replace about 2.5 miles of natural gas pipeline along Valley Creek Road between Interstate 494 and Colby Lake Drive. Residents should expect periodic, temporary lane and intersection closures along Valley Creek Road throughout the project.
Local businesses and homeowners will maintain complete access to their property during construction. However, workers may need to temporarily close driveway access to install pipe underground.
Xcel Energy will coordinate access with residents and businesses prior to these closures. Crews will post detour signs.
