Woodbury Restaurant Changes Name After Trademark Violation
The owners said they recently discovered the name violates a trademark owned by a company in Scotland.

WOODBURY, MN— A Woodbury restaurant announced Wednesday that it is changing its company name after finding out the name violated a trademark owned by a company in Scotland.
Formerly known as T. Morris Pub and Grill, the restaurant will be renamed The Wick Pub and Grill beginning in April, the owners said.
Nothing about the restaurant will change but the name, the owners said. The Wick Pub and Grill will still employ the same people and offer the same menu.

The restaurant will reopen March 22 as T. Morris Pub and Grill before officially changing to The Wick Pub and Grill on April 1, the owners said.
