Hurricane Nate: Where To Get Sandbags As The Storm Approaches
With storm surges that could reach 10 feet, flooding is expected. Sandbags are available at many locations.

As Hurricane Nate moves closer to the state's Gulf Coast, the storm is bringing threats of heavy rains and high winds, the combination of which could bring storm surges in excess of 10 feet. Officials say that could result in flooding, particularly in low-elevation areas of the state.
