Affton Police Blotter: Stolen Pickup Truck, Weapon Threat and More

Several thefts have been investigated in September.

The Affton Precinct of the St. Louis County Police Department compiled this police blotter for September 9 through September 14.

September 9
A black 1993 Chevrolet S10 pickup truck was stolen Sept. 2 from the 4000 block of Bayless Avenue. Police received the report Sept. 9

A person was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault in the 9900 block of Vasel Avenue. The victim had been choked, police said.

Clothing, jewelry, electronics and a driver's license were stolen at the intersection of Tesshire and Tesson Ferry roads. The items are valued at more than $500.

September 10
A person was arrested in connection with the Sept. 9 theft of lawn equipment, purses, credit cards and keys in the 8700 block of New Hampshire Avenue. The keys were recovered.

Nothing was reported taken during a burglary in the 7900 block of Gravois Road.

September 11
A person was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault in the 4700 block of Forman Road. Police said the person threatened the victim with a firearm.

September 12
Car parts valued at more than $500 were stolen Sept. 9 from the 6400 block of Vita Drive. Police received the report Sept. 12.

A foam raft and a lawn tractor snow shovel were stolen March 1 in the 5300 block of Suson Hills Drive. Police received the report Sept. 12.

A weedeater and blower collectively valued at more than $500 were stolen from the 4100 block of Grasso Avenue.

A generator was stolen from the 8700 block of Fatima Drive.

Medication was stolen Sept. 11 from the 10000 block of Kennerly Road. Police received the report Sept. 12.

September 14
A person was arrested on suspicion of stealing jewelry in the 30 block of Sappington Acres.
