School officials are in the process of evaluating each school building.

Over the next month, the Affton School District will be reviewing all of its schools to see which buildings require upgrades, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
School officials are working with Dickinson Hussman Architects to evaluate each school building, the newspaper reports. A public hearing has been scheduled for 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 4 at the Affton Early Childhood Center to discuss the evaluation.
More information about the process—including quotes and financial figures—is available in an article on the St. Louis Post-Dispatch website.
