Webster University and MRC Recycling are teaming up again to offer FREE Computer and Electronic Recycling to the general public. The date will be May 8th from 7:30am-1pm at Webster University 588 Garden Avenue Webster Groves, MO 63119 Parking Lot O.
Basically anything that runs off of a battery or plugs in to a wall can be recycled. Some of the common items we receive are microwaves, refrigerators, household appliances, computers, monitors, cell phones, stereo systems, VCRs, DVD players, cable boxes, toasters, etc. etc. - the list is virtually endless.
Items that we do not accept include light bulbs, VHS tapes, smoke detectors, glass lamps, and alkaline batteries.
NOTE: There is a limit of one CRT (tube-style) TV per vehicle. Additional TVs may be recycled at $15 each (cash or check only please)
MRC is a National and State registered recycler holding both R2:2008 and MO Dept. of Natural Resources LEVEL 4 certifications.
