Something you need in emergency and evacuation kits that you probably didn’t think about – a couple of books. How about a first aid book, a survival manual or a bible. How about a book to read while sitting in some storm shelter. You could go to a mom and pop brick and mortar shop to buy them. Want to do it on the cheap, go to a used bookstore. If you don’t feel safe to go out yet, buy them on-line and have them delivered!
