Letter to the Editor: Former State Senator Endorses Katy Forand

I am encouraging voters to look carefully at candidates from the lowest to the highest this year. We need good people in office at all levels, which is why I am supporting Katy Forand for Gravois Township Committeewoman in the August 7th Primary Election. Katy was my intern when I was the State Senator from the First district. She was an especially talented young woman and a hard worker to boot. She has grown to be an astute adult and has remained politically aware. This is the perfect combination of traits we need in our local, grassroots officials. With elections becoming more and more important, we will need someone with the knowledge, dedication to public service and common and political sense to help us elect the best candidates. Katy has and will continue to deliver this to the residents of Gravois Township.
