A 20-year-old Kirkwood man is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old in the Affton area.
Delton M. Anderson, 20, of was charged May 22 with first-degree statutory rape and first-degree child molestation.
St. Louis County Police said Anderson had deviate sexual intercourse with the 13-year-old on Nov. 2 in the 7900 block of Delmont Street in Affton. Police said the victim does not live at the address.
Bail was set at $75,000 for Anderson.
