Welcome to Affton! Tell us about your new job. What will you be doing?

I will be teaching Freshmen World History, and Junior/Senior Psychology & Sociology. I am also the varsity baseball coach.

Where did you come from? What background are you bringing to our schools?

I come from the Hancock Place School District, and have 6 years of teaching experience.

What are you most looking forward to this school year?

I am looking forward to working with the freshmen and setting the expectations for high school early. Also, teaching new subject material that I never have taught in my career yet – looking forward to the change!

Tell us about your family. Who supports you?

I have a wife, and we’ve been married for just over a year. We are expecting our first child, a boy, later this month (August 29^th).

What is the most embarrassing song on your ipod?

I guess I would say that I have Jimmy Buffett’s entire collection on my iPod. But I enjoy Jimmy!
