Shrewsbury Police: Cars Hit, Keyed

Also, a man is arrested after his wife reported that he hit her.

Tuesday, June 18

  • At 6:20 p.m., police were called to a residence on St. Charles Place to investigate a domestic assault between a husband and wife. The wife reported that her husband assaulted her after a disagreement. The suspect left the house before the police arrived. The man returned to the home on June 19, and he was arrested and issued a citation to appear in municipal court.

  • Someone struck a Mazda while it was parked in an apartment complex at 4:30 p.m. in the 800 block of Ravensridge Road sometime between June 16 and June 18.
  • Police are investigating a leaving the scene of an accident report filed at 6:30 p.m., at 7200 Watson Rd. Someone struck a vehicle while it was parked in front of Dierbergs grocery store.

 Monday, June 17

  • A Shrewsbury man reported that someone keyed his 2010 Pontiac G6 while it was parked in the 7800 block of Keswick Place. It happened sometime between June 17 after 5 a.m. and 12 p.m.
