Syberg's on Gravois Expanding, Hopes for Indoor/Outdoor Bar

The shark-themed family favorite restaurant is growing, and even the menu is getting an update.

Syberg's on Gravois is expanding to fill out their home in the 7800 block of Gravois.

Details aren't final, said marketing manager Tracy Stamper, but the plan is to expand the bar and restaurant, possible making an indoor/outdoor bar.

"The plan is pretty cool," Stamper said.

The restaurant chain, which also owns Helen Fitzgeralds and three additional Syberg's, hopes to finalize details by the end of the month.

All five restaurants will also be getting new menus.
