The St. Louis Post-Dispatch researched the salaries of the employees of public schools in the St. Louis area for the 2012-13 school year, and posted the numbers online in a searchable form.

According to the information from the Post-Dispatch, these were the top five highest paid teachers in the Affton School District last year.

  1. Daniel Oliver, Affton High, $110,279
  2. Erica Meyer, Rogers Middle, $94,352
  3. Devon Ford, Rogers Middle, $93,990
  4. Diane Krodinger, Affton High, $88,126
  5. Dee Loris, Affton High, $85,974
