What Are Lubeley's Top 5 Cakes?

Lubeley's Bakery and Deli has been selling it's cakes on Watson Road since 1937. Patch wondered what the current top five the top five cakes are. The list sounds like one that could have been the same 76 years ago. 

Employee Aubrey Smith (two years with Lubeley's in Oct.) was happy to give the rundown.

1. Dobash cake—Six layers of yellow cake with semi-sweet chocolate filling between each layer with white butter cream frosting with sprinkles
2. White chocolate mousse cake—Two layers of white cake with white mousse filling with butter cream frosting with chocolate shavings
3. Raspberry amaretto cake—Four layers of amaretto raspberry filling between butter cream icing
4. Chocolate mousse cake—Two layers of chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and chocolate icing
5. Split lemon cake—Four layers of yellow cake with lemon filling with lemon butter cream frosting
