Arnold Considers Joining a Possible Lawsuit Against Ameren Missouri
The City Council voted, 8-0, in a closed door session to consider joining other St. Louis County cities in a possible case against the utility company.

The City of Arnold will investigate joining other cities in the St. Louis region in a possible lawsuit against utility-provider Ameren Missouri.
The annoucement came in a news release from Arnold issued Friday at about 4:15 p.m.
The Arnold City Council voted 8-0 in a closed door session after the council's regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, July 5.

The Council also unanimously voted, during the session, to accept the resignation of former Arnold City Administrator Matt Unrein and to appoint Police Chief Robert Shockey as Interim Arnold City Administrator.
