Arnold Councilmen to Vote on Law Banning Public Urination
The proposed law will charge a $250 fine on anyone convicted of urinating or defecating in Arnold's streets, parks and sidewalks.

Arnold Councilmen may have a long series of discussions during Thursday night’s city council meeting at , at 2101 Jeffco Blvd., at 7 p.m.
First, the council will continue a public hearing to consider the repeal of a rezoning for a parcel of land near Robinson Drive and Richardson Road.
If the zoning is repealed, the business owned by Tim McKeever located on the site must close and move out of Arnold. Arnold’s Planning and Zoning commission recommended the repeal after proposed construction on the site never occurred as required.

Also during the hearing, two Hobleman Drive residents will ask that their required $3,200 sidewalk fund contribution to the city be waived because they live in a section of the city that existed prior to Arnold’s incorporation in the 1970s.
Councilmen will vote on the two property issues during the city council meeting.
