California-Based Retailer Coming to Arnold Commons

Ross Dress for Less, a publicly listed company based in northern California, has signed a lease to build a 25,000 square foot building in Arnold Commons Mall next to at 828 Arnold Commons Dr. 

The company is a clothing retailer and is among those companies in the Standard & Poor's 500, the Fortune 500 and the Nasdaq 100.

Headquarted in Pleasanton, CA, the company generated $8.6 billion in revenues for 2011 and is the largest low-priced clothing retailer with more than 1,000 stores in 29 states. 

The company sells name brand and designer clothing, accessories and footwear at a daily discount between 20-60 percent, the company website said.
