The City of Arnold's Aging and Disabilities Commission will provide flashing emergency beacons at the Arnold Recreation Center, at 1695 Missouri State Road, from 9 a.m. to noon.
The beacons are flashing outdoor lights that help emergency responders find the residence of a home needing immediate medical assistance.
The flashing light also tells neighbors that a person in the area needs medical help.
