Gordmans, a Nebraska-based apparel and home décor retailer, may be the next spot to open at Arnold Crossroads Center.
The store signed a lease for the space next to the Northern Tool and Equipment store, developer Larry Jones of Jones Realty in St. Albans told the Arnold-Imperial Leader. Jones added that construction is expected to start early next year, with completion slated for late summer 2014.
The store would be the first in Jefferson County for the rapidly growing Midwestern chain, which operates 90 stores in 19 states. For now, the closest store is in Fenton.
