Mother Arrested for Yelling, Cursing at Arnold Rec Center Employees
The following information was supplied by the Arnold Police Department for the period ending March 7. Arrests or charges mentioned in this report do not indicate convictions.

Wednesday, March 6
- A 36-year-old Winfield, MO, woman was arrested for disturbing the peace at the Arnold Recreation Center at 1695 Missouri St. Rd. Police say she became upset with a lifeguard who told her children they were not following the rules. The lifeguard and a supervisor told police the woman began yelling and cursing at them, and she refused to leave. After being arrested, the woman was given a summons and released at the scene.
- A woman reported that while she was changing in the locker room at the Arnold Recreation Center, someone took a bag containing her car keys, a swimming suit and towel.
- A 21-year-old Arnold man was arrested after breaking a small vending machine and physically resisting arrest at St. Sports Zone at 22 Arnold Park Mall. He was also wanted by the Arnold and St. Louis County police departments and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. He was issued a summons and a recognizance bond for the Arnold charges and held for the other agencies.
Thursday, March 7
After receiving information from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, Arnold police discovered that a 20-year-old Imperial woman falsely identified herself when she received multiple traffic citations on Feb. 7. Officers located the driver at Church Road and Stardust. The citations were voided and reissued under the correct name and she was given a summons.
