Preview of July 4 Carnival Rides
The City of Arnold will have carnival rides, for the first time, at the July 4 celebration at Arnold City Park.
Despite the lack of fireworks at this year's July 4 celebration at , there will be plenty of carnival rides at this year's event.
This will be the first year that the city will have carnival rides at the event, Parks and Recreation Director Susie Boone said to ArnoldPatch earlier this year.
Another city cancelled their reservation for the carnival rides, Restrepo reported, and allowed Arnold to obtain the carnival machinery for free.
