Summer Seminars for Jefferson County Parents, Caregivers
Childcare and respite help offered to allow people to attend the seminars.
There are three free workshops for parents and caregivers of people with developmental disabilities.
The Jefferson County Developmental Disabilities Resource Board is offering the workshops.
All the workshops will be at 1615 Vine School Rd., Herculaneum, MO on Tuesdays at 6-8 p.m.

JUNE 26 - How to Incorporate Fitness into a Busy Life
People attending will be eligible for 2 free in-home personal training sessions
JULY 24 - Buiding Positive Relationships
Guest Speaker—Donald Mitchell, M.ED., BCBA, LBA with Sunnyhilll and Green, Maxville & Associates
