Venus Will Pass Between the Earth and Sun on Tuesday

The event will not happen again for another 105 years.

At 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, people might be able to see the planet Venus pass along the Sun's face.

The plant will likely appear as a small speck, the stltoday.com website says.

No one should look directly at the Sun to view the event because it can damage eyes. Instead people should create pinhole in a cardboard box to view Venus pass in front of the Sun.
