Walmart Shoplifter Busted for Heroin Possession
Here is a list of other drug- and alcohol-related incidents the Arnold Police Department handled between March 4 - 10.

Monday, March 4
- An officer on a traffic stop at Interstate and Church Road arrested a 31-year-old Arnold man for possession of drug paraphernalia. After processing, he was released on summons. He was also wanted on felony warrants out of Jefferson County.
- An employee at Walmart reported that a man stole $40.46 in food from the store. Police located the 47-year-old Arnold man and a 25-year-old Arnold woman on the parking lot. The man was arrested for trespassing, stealing and and heroin possession, and the woman was arrested for traffic charges. Both had warrants from other agencies. The two were booked and held pending release to authorities.
Wednesday, March 6
- A 26-year-old St. Louis woman was was arrested for DWI after being stopped for a traffic violation at Old Lemay Ferry Road and Highway 141. Her blood alcohol content was .202 percent. Following booking, she was released to a sober driver.
- An 18-year-old St. Louis woman was arrested for DWI after she was stopped for a traffic violation at Vogel Road and West Outer Road. She later submitted to a breath test, which resulted in a .193-percent blood alcohol content. Following booking, she was released to a sober driver.
Friday, March 8

- An officer on a traffic stop at Vogel Road and Interstate 55 arrested a 46-year-old St. Louis man for DWI. The persistent DWI offender refused the breath test. He was later released pending application for warrants. A 22-year-old St. Louis man who was a passenger in the vehicle was also arrested on outstanding warrants. After processing, he was held pending release to authority.
- A 32-year-old Arnold woman was arrested for DWI and leaving the scene of an accident at Jack in the Box at 1289 Jeffco Blvd. She was booked and refused the breath test at the station. She was later released on summons.
- An officer on a traffic stop on Jeffco Boulevard arrested an 18-year-old Fenton man for possession of marijuana. He was booked and released on a summons.
Saturday, March 9
An officer on a traffic stop at Value Place at 888 Arnold Commons arrested a 22-year-old Arnold man for possession of marijuana. He was booked and released on summons.

Sunday, March 10
A 32-year-old St. Louis man was arrested for marijuana possession after a traffic stop at Highway 141 and I-55. He was later released on a summons.
