Lynn Kelley is the current property manager for the affordable apartment complex across from Ferd B. Lang Park.

It will take about three days for Lynn Kelley, the current property manager for Watercolor Villas, to sign-in and coordinate all the people who will move into the affordable housing complex at 2151 Watercolor Drive.

There is a street sign marking the low-cost senior housing complex located off Old Lemay Ferry Road.

The complex opened on Tuesday, May 1, is already fully-leased and, Kelley said, that is very rare for an apartment complex.

There are at least 300 people on the waiting list to move into the complex, said Ward 1 Councilman Christine 'Cricky' Lang in a April 19 City Council meeting at City Hall, 2101 Jeffco Blvd.

But Kelley advises people, interested in the complex, to apply and get on the waiting list.

"They have to call to obtain the apartment application," she said on Tuesday afternoon.

Kelly will immediately stamp the time and date when an application is recieved.

A lot of people have regrets that they never submitted their applications for similar apartment complexes, Kelley said.

Kelley works for Hartle Management, the property management group for Watercolor Villas developer Arapaho Development.

Hartle manages senior apartment complexes throughout Missouri, Kelley said.
