What Business Should Go at 1510 Jeffco Blvd?

This week's available commercial real estate space is a little difficult to find on Jeffco Boulevard.

There is 1,850 square feet of office or retail space available at 1510 Jeffco Blvd., for $9 per square foot says the sign in the window.

There is no information whether the $16,650 rent is per month or for the year.

The space is part of a strip mall with an store anchoring the mall and that can be prominently seen from Jeffco Boulevard.

The available space for lease, however, is a little difficult to find because it is located behind a Phillips 66 gas station.

Because of the hidden location, it may be better if the space is used for a business that requires some seclusion and has some strong security measures.

A peek through the windows reveals some playpen walls located inside the lease space and a few handpainted pet prints on the walls.

The place could have been a pet grooming or pet sitting business months ago.  It may be a convenient spot for a sandwich restaurant, or a novelty shop.
