After months of deliberation as well as protest from residents, the on Wednesday approved plans for a Walmart Supercenter to be located southwest of Clarkson and Kiefer Creek roads. The project will be built using a TIF district, which will allot half of all sales tax revenue generated at the site into a fund under the control of the project's developer, The Sansone Group.
