Ballwin Police Department Lip-Syncs Adele: Video

BALLWIN, MO — Officers with the Ballwin Police Department are the latest to succumb to a trend sweeping police departments across the country. No, it doesn't have anything to do with locking up criminals or adopting body cams — though cameras are involved.

From Atlanta to San Francisco, police have been showing off their dance moves and lip-syncing to their favorite pop hits, and challenging other departments to do the same. Some lip-sync challenge videos have quickly racked up more than a million views.

While other departments have gone with classics like Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" or even Disney mashups, Ballwin PD decided to go with something a little more personal, crooning Adele's "Someone Like You" to a delicious-looking plate of doughnuts.

After posting their video, the department challenged Manchester PD on Facebook, so we'll be on the lookout for their video next.
